“Too expensive for what it really is, it's not very firm and sinks when you sit on it. For the price, they should install it for free.Although it is not difficult to do, two people came to make the delivery, Corey was very kind and let me know everything I needed., however the other one seemed angry, he got out of the truck throwing the sofa to the ground from the height of the truck without using the lift, it was even raining, he didn't care that I was watching I don't know how he didn't break the sofa, I brought it into the house all wet and covered in mud, Even though they took so long from the day of purchase to delivery, I don't think I would buy from you again, nor would I recommend it to anyone. The sofa is nice, but it's not worth the price, and for the service they provide, even less. I even gave them a tip, and they arrived at 9:00 p.m. and left at the moment I gave them the tip. The worst investment I ever made.”

“We LOVE this couch it was relatively easy for my husband to assemble probably took 45 min. It is so soft. On the firm side but we like it and it’s very cozy. It also is so gorgeous. Definitely worth getting the ottoman too.”

“It is very soft and comfortable to sit on. The only thing I didn't like was that when I lie down on the chaise, I feel like it moves away and I have to keep pushing it back in place. I wish it secured better and not slide away from the rest of the sofa. But overall, I do love it”
