Comfortable and good quality for price, came with stains

“I've had this couch (with matching ottoman) for a week now and it's extremely comfortable, fabric feels high quality, and its the same size as advertised. Delivery was quick and easy. It came with 6 throw pillows which feels like a bit much, but I'll keep to change out and mix up the pattern. My only issue with this couch is that it came with orange stains on the edge. Not a big enough issue to return, but definitely annoying.”

“I just got this couch delivered and it is wonderful. It is spacious, comfy, and looks gorgeous. I noticed while in the store that it had an increased seat depth compared to the other options and now that I have it, I can definitely say that it's very roomy and perfect for curling up with a good book. I love that all the fabric except for that of the base is machine washable because I have two pets. The fabric seems very durable. I'm not sure I needed the six throw pillows that came with the couch but I appreciate that I have choices.”

Very Disappointed - Do Not Recommend

“We had a different experience than the other reviewers of this product.
Upon delivery, my wife and I noticed the lack of support immediately when we sat down.
We returned to the store to compare against the floor model and the difference was night and day.
We received a replacement set of cushions, which turned out to be a different inner material and overall thickness (see pics). This shows the lack of consistency in Ashley's supply chain.
The new cushions helped marginally at first, but the support quickly faded and we are now sinking further each day.
I believe the decking on the chaise was damaged during shipment, consistent with the cushion damage. However we are also noticing a lack of support in the corner of the loveseat armchair, so poor overall quality is probably the main issue.
I've attempted to use a secondary cushion support from Amazon to make the sofa usable. The support is better...but still not acceptable.
I hope this review helps other potential buyers. I would recommend going a different direction than the Larce unfortunately.”
