“I have a family of 4, 3 cats, and 3 dogs so me getting a 8k leather sectional is not in the cards. We needed something affordable, comfortable, attractive, timeless, pet friendly, and large enough for family gatherings. This pretty much ticked all the boxes. I wish it were a prettier color. The color is fine but it honestly just looks like a light gray which isn't very interesting and the pillows are unattractive and not very comfortable. But for the money, this sectional was worth it and we get so many compliments. My best advice is to decorate it with pillows and blankets to make it more attractive and fit your style.”

“Gorgeous! We love this sectional. It’s firm but not too firm. It’s obvious that it’s not going to sag and wear quickly, unlike many other couches we tried out. My elderly parents especially love the couch because it’s much easier to get out of than others. My only wish is arm chair covers (I know, I know. I’m only 30 but this review makes me sound 80 lol). Overall, you’ll love it!”

“This is a GREAT sectional. It looks really nice and is super comfortable. We bought the five piece and it is really big, which we are happy about. Both of my 6 feet tall nephews will be able to sleep on it comfortably when they visit for Christmas. Also, it wasn’t too difficult to put together. My only wish is that the throw pillows were prettier.”

“I was looking for sectional for my new home and this one ticked all my requirements. Colour is amazing. Love the texture of the fabric. It comes in various configuration and you can configure it as per your space. Comes with lot of pillows. I wish the pillows are lil bit colourful to pop up the look of it. Have to buy colourful and different texture pillows to enhance the look of the sofa.”

“I ordered this on 6/24, so it took a little while to get here, but it was well worth the wait. I absolutely love this sectional and it has given my living room a facelift. I had to buy a new couch because the baby girl in the photo ate cushions on my current couch and love seat, but I was honestly looking for an excuse to upgrade. This time I sprayed it with a pet spray that is supposed to prevent chewing, so fingers crossed.”

“Our five-piece Larce sofa set just arrived today. We are so happy with this beautiful sectional! Not only is it so very comfortable, but it also looks sensational. The pillows that are included in the price are a very nice touch and go well with the sofa. (The light blue pillow is one of our own.) The material is sturdy and the cushions are also well stuffed and it appears they will hold their shape. All the cushions (except for the throw pillows) can be flipped with the covers being removable and washable, a fantastic bonus to this wonderful set. This chaise lounge sectional is available in right-arm or left-arm facing.
Dana at the Ashley Store in Layton helped us tremendously while being very, very patient with us, along with being fun to work with. She was the best! This Ashley store even honored a coupon that we received in the mail 5 weeks after we made our purchase, enabling us to receive Free Delivery :) Plus, the delivery company was fantastic, the best we've ever experienced. They were professional, efficient and even carried out the last big piece of our old sofa for us. The owner, along with his employee, assembled the sofa and cleaned up all debris. I can honestly say this is the first time we have ordered furniture from a store, along with delivery, and have had nothing that was negative about the entire experience. Please read the very few negative reviews carefully as I think people can be a bit unreasonable. It would be a great disservice to other customers if those particular reviews kept them from such a wonderful store with oh so reasonable prices and fantastic furniture. Plus the fact that their merchandise is manufactured in the U.S.A., another great bonus. I would not hesitate to purchase from Ashley in Layton again!”

“Worst sofa we ever bought. A 800$ sofa from amazon is holding better than this. The seating cushion went inside making kind of bumps and curves of our body just in 2 months of use and its very uncomfortable. Big waste of money. Its very uncomfortable to sit and you have back ache due to the deep bumps on seating in middle of every seat when you sit.”

“This sectional is undeniably beautiful and modern, but comfort was clearly an afterthought. The cushions are extremely firm—borderline unforgiving—and never seem to soften, no matter how often you sit on them. After 15 minutes, your tailbone will start protesting. It’s a shame, because everything else about it—the style, the layout, the fabric—is great. But if you actually plan to sit on your sofa, this probably isn’t the one.”

“I looooove this couch! My husband and I got this couch around February of this year and have a chocolate lab. We wash the cushions about once a month, although it’s kinda a pain to put them on; it was worth every penny! Super easy to wash, I hang dry to prevent any shrinkage or damage to the fabric and don’t use softener but it’s comfortable and easy to maintain. Great investment!”

Terrible Customer Service - would not recommend any Ashley Furniture because of it

“We received our couch in mid-April and almost immediately had an issue with the chaise cushion. In mid-May, I began the warranty claim process and have been strung along. I uploaded images as requested, waited the 72 business hours (which ended up being 2 full weeks due to memorial day). I called customer service and ONLY THEN did they order the "decking". I prompted the agent that the cushion was the issue, and she let me know the "experts" advised I only needed decking. Shipped it to me, I called to schedule install when it arrived and was told - "oh your order is missing the cushion". A week + later, I get a text that my order is delayed another 2-3 weeks. I called and the rep let me know that the cushion was delivered to the store days ago. The reps cannot do anything further as it's in the stores hands. I called the store number and was immediately directed to the 800 number prompts. All the while, I think another cushion is defective and I'll need to go through this process again. I have wasted so much time going back and forth and no action gets taken on the customer service side until I call and prompt them to do so.”

We bought this couch several months ago and so far it’s holding up pretty well considering we have a houseful of teens and several fur babies. Spot cleaning has been easy. Have not yet needed to machine wash. We did need to change out the ottoman because the oversized one made it feel too cramped. Overall, very happy with this purchase.”

“First of all, let me say I went to about six different furniture stores looking for a sectional that would fill our entire space, was modular, and comfortable. Although I was not thrilled about buying such a light colored sectional, I was convinced to buy it to due to the selling point that it’s entirely washable and stain resistant. We have had the sectional about two months. I have three teenagers and a doodle who does not shed. Despite my best efforts, this couch is always yellow. This couch would be absolutely perfect if they made it in a dark color like brown or very dark tan. Why only the two light colors? I took all the covers off the cushions today to wash them all for the first time. Putting things back on works up quite a sweat, and is not easy. I was very unhappy to see that even after washing per the directions, including some stain removers, This cushion still is discolored compared to the one next to it. I highly regret purchasing such a light colored couch. I do not recommend it as it will not stay clean, and even when washing did not appear as the other cushions. I now have to live with it as it was expensive, will maybe have to throw couch covers or blankets over it until company comes over. This would probably be fine in a rec room or a basement area that is not main living. But this is in our living room and gets used daily. So very disappointed in Ashley and that they don’t make this in a darker color or it would be perfect.”

So disappointed in the purchase. Our first purchase was bad but thought if we spent more money would get a better product…not so much. This was the 2nd and last purchase from Ashley we will make. “I've been looking for the *perfect* sectional for a long time. After visiting about 5 furniture stores in the Myrtle Beach, SC area, we finally came across this one. I love that you can chose the right configuration for your space. It's deep, and while the cushions are a bit firm, they are comfortable! The backs of the cushions are great for head and neck support, which my previous sectional was lacking (Cindy Crawford Metropolis from RTG, for reference). It was just delivered last week, so I have yet to see how it breaks it and wears, but it is well built, sturdy, and the color is absolutely gorgeous. We ended up getting a great deal as it was on sale, and we bought at the end of the month when they had games for extra savings. The customer service at Ashely was excellent too. You aren't bombarded when you walk in the door. There is a desk where a sales associate is standing behind, they greet you, ask if you need anything and let you do your thing. I LOVED that. We worked with Sarah in the Shallotte, NC location and she was amazing. Quick to respond to all of my questions. Very satisfied customer. Thank you Sarah and Ashley Furniture!”

“So I’m gonna start this saying we’ve had this sectional for 10 months, there are 3 of us; 1 adult and 2 kids 10 and under and our 2 dogs that aren’t allowed on it at all (they have furniture downstairs to lounge on.) I saw this and was so excited that it was washable and had great reviews about comfort. So far I have washed it twice and it cleans up great, just due to the light color seems to be dirty again quickly. My one complaint with cleaning is there is no way to really clean the arms - for cleaning I’ll give it a 8.5/10. Comfort though it has earned a -5/10. Once again, we’ve had it less than a year. Our corner piece isn’t flush with the side pieces so you can’t lay down in the corner and stretch out, the cushions we use most are already breaking down and aren’t comfortable anymore despite me flipping them every month or two and the trampoline deck that really pushed it over the top for me, seems to do absolutely nothing. I really had high hopes for this sectional and so far it’s been a total dud. Our previous couches were from Ashley (on sale for ~$250 a piece in 2019) and I absolutely loved them, got almost 6 years of rough use out of them (all of us home during covid, sicknesses, lots of lazy days, dogs on them all the time, etc.) and they held up so well. Definitely wish I would’ve gone with a different line/brand. Don’t waste your money!”
