Didn't Meet Expectations Discolors very easily

“Was very excited about this couch when we purchased it in Jan 2025. I have young kids and wanted something that was easy to clean because accidents do happen . At first we were impressed with the how easy the couch was to clean but then we noticed the fabric became super dirty very quickly. we don't have dogs and are very strict about food and certain things on the couch. we noticed certain random pilling in the fabric and there is a creaking noise when you sit in certain spots on the couch. Our biggest disappoint is how discolored the couch has become. We are not smokers and keep a clean house yet the couch seems like it becomes dirty just by looking at it. I understand that its a white couch but they sell the product as stain and dirt resistant though its really not. I will say the couch is super comfortable and we love the style but if we had to buy it again i would have to pass.”

Good and TERRIBLE!

“Love the design! Love the comfort! Have had this sofa for three weeks in our brand new home. The chemical odor and the eye burning from it ran us out of the house for numerous days-it’s still bad! We tried everything we knew to do and contacted Ashley furniture as well. CS said it was to be expected since it was wrapped in plastic to eliminate stains and critter infestation between factory and delivery. Also, word of advice, if slightly considering possibility of return of anything, do it before delivery truck leaves. Otherwise, you’ll incur a significant restocking fee (disclosed when you sign for receiving-“should have read”). NOT PROPERLY DISCLOSED!!”

Chaise cushion sags after 2 months

“As much as I want to be able to give this beautiful chaise sectional 5 stars, the fact that the chaise cushion started sagging after only 2 months prevents that. I went through the warranty process and received a replacement cushion that did the same thing. Be aware that while the other cushions are reversible, the chaise is not.”
