Couch is fine, throw pillows are terrible

“Just received delivery, and the couch itself seems good so far. We chose the Larce solely because of the performance fabric that’s machine washable, and when we viewed it in store the sales person touted that every cushion cover and the pillow covers are removable and washable. They even referenced changing out the pillow covers if we didn’t care for the patterns that came with the couch (which I don’t, they’re pretty ugly). However, the 8 throw pillows that come with it are stuffed with cheap furniture stuffing and not bagged inside of the cover, so the throw pillow covers are clearly not meant to be removed. Incredibly frustrating that this wasn’t made clearer.”

“I’m still waiting on this sectional but the one in the store sat so comfortable and seats were deep enough to lounge comfortably. The seats aren’t super firm but firm enough that the couch won’t swallow you whole but soft enough to be like yes this is cozy ! I can’t wait until it comes in !!”

Disappointed with quality

“We splurged on this couch. I’m 28 weeks pregnant and wanted to treat myself to a new couch for maternity leave. It arrived with the rip on the back (pictured) and we’ve been begging customer service for help. It’s been such a disappointment and frustrating experience.”
