“Very large sofa. Black and white design appears very gray/white, giving off a cooler instead of warmer done. It’s not beige or cream. Love that cushion covers are removable for washing (haven’t didn’t his yet). Included a ton of pillows, to our surprise. Cushions are a bit firm but still comfortable. You won’t sink into it. I actually think its nice, so it doesn’t look too saggy.”

“I have yet to get a good solid response from customer service. After recieving the couch, we noticed the back had a sharp piece of wood trying to stab our of the back fabric. Also a stained bottom cushion. The response was limited. They asked when a good time would be to have a technician come out, after responding, it has been nearly 5 days. I have followed up twice. This couch was also "in stock" when ordered but then magically ended up on back order the day it was suppose to deliver.(1.5 months after ordering)There was zero correspondence with that as well, only finding out after being on hold for 15 minutes. We then proceeded to wait another month for delivery only to have the above issues.”

“While this sectional is beautiful and sturdy, customer service was horrible. There was a SET of legs missing for one part. Spoke with customer service several times and confirmed they were sending a set of 4, not a single leg. Guess what, they sent one leg. Spoke to 4 different representatives, guess what, they sent one more leg. Each section requires 4 legs and now it's been 3 weeks since delivery and they still can't get it right. I called our local store but unfortunately they were not able to help because the order was placed online. Ashley, you need to get some competent customer service reps.”

“I bought a sofa and it arrived with multiple visible stains. It took me 30 minutes just to lighten them, let alone remove them completely. That alone was disappointing, but I understand things happen. What followed was even worse-after multiple calls and messages trying to resolve the issue, their solution? They want me to take more time out of my day to schedule and wait around for a cleaning service to attempt to fix their mistake.
Time is money, and I've already spent far too much of both trying to deal with this. It's completely unacceptable that a brand new piece of furniture would arrive in such condition-and that the burden to fix it falls on the customer. I expected better.
Honestly, after all is said and done, for the additional time and money this is costing me, I could have gotten a better sofa and better service elsewhere.
Save yourself the hassle-shop somewhere else.”

“The couch is great! It was the delivery that was unacceptable. Our window for delivery was 2:00pm - 6:00pm. We receive one phone call that it might be slightly after 6:00pm as they were running a little behind. We didn’t hear anything else and the tracking kept getting later and later. They showed up at 11:30pm!!! So unsafe. We also did not enjoy the sales person “helping” us at the store. We bought online for a better price. We shared our feedback the next day, but there was no concern voiced.”

“My issue is not with the couch but the performance fabric and the extended warranty on which I spent $500. Someone leaned against the couch 1 week after delivered and stained it. I tired to gently hand clean. Did not come out. Washed in machine and don’t come out. Contacted the extend warranty and they said not covered. So not sure how performance fabric is supposed to work but thought it wasn’t supposed to stain easily. And don’t bother with the extended warranty. Complete rip off.”

“The couch I bought for my daughter had some defective parts. After a week she noticed that the longer part of the couch, the cushing is sunk. After another week it got worse, so my daughter reached to customer service for assistance several times. First because no one respond at her emails, nor texts. Another time because the tecnician was suppose to check, on the couch the technician never called, neither show up. I don't know what is the procedure for the customer representative to communicate the technician but it looks like a miss communication. My daughter has schedule another time again for the technician to come, so I hope it shows up to check her couch and evaluate the defective part.”

“I would give a zero for customer service and policy if I could. Apparently no refunds or exchanges, but my sales representative was not clear on that. He was too quick to make the sale that he did not go over that VERY important piece of information. I would think that should be very clear to the consumer. He also said I would receive an email copy of the receipt but it never came and I didn’t get a hard copy either. Spent over $2000 for a sofa that looks horrible in my room and I’m stuck with it. Buyer beware.”
