“While this sectional is beautiful and sturdy, customer service was horrible. There was a SET of legs missing for one part. Spoke with customer service several times and confirmed they were sending a set of 4, not a single leg. Guess what, they sent one leg. Spoke to 4 different representatives, guess what, they sent one more leg. Each section requires 4 legs and now it's been 3 weeks since delivery and they still can't get it right. I called our local store but unfortunately they were not able to help because the order was placed online. Ashley, you need to get some competent customer service reps.”

“I’m enjoying the couch, but the whole transaction was ruined by the AI Jenny chatbot experience. I probably will think twice about ordering from Ashley again due to the AI. Sometimes the tech promise isn’t as good as the actual execution. Isn’t it funny that I’m being asked to review a third of the couch? Strange, almost as much fun as my 3 week scheduling debacle. Last mile delivery guys were great too. Just the silly chatbot experience was so awful. Bring back the humans!”

“The Larse sectional is nice and comfortable. I feel that the quality is there in the seating and the foundation for the cushions. I do believe corners are cut in the back of sofa sectional. My biggest complaint is that in the back of sofa which is exposed to our walkway around sectional is all they do is take the fabric and staple it off on the bottom foundation. That is fine if it’s up against a wall on both sides but when it’s exposed if anybody puts a knee or accidentally runs into sofa you end up with stretched fabric. Obviously this is not an Ashley problem. I should have paid attention before buying. This probably would have swayed my decision. They could easily run a dense piece of foam along the back to keep the fabric taut would be a huge help for customers that have the back exposed. I will say this sectional is very comfortable and this is only a minor inconvenience.”
