“While this sectional is beautiful and sturdy, customer service was horrible. There was a SET of legs missing for one part. Spoke with customer service several times and confirmed they were sending a set of 4, not a single leg. Guess what, they sent one leg. Spoke to 4 different representatives, guess what, they sent one more leg. Each section requires 4 legs and now it's been 3 weeks since delivery and they still can't get it right. I called our local store but unfortunately they were not able to help because the order was placed online. Ashley, you need to get some competent customer service reps.”

“One of the piece's came damaged. Dealt with customer service for refund since not only was it damaged but didn’t fit. Customer care was nice on phone and said they would arrange pickup and initiate refund. Sent photos to prove damage. They received and acknowledged damage. That was on Saturday. It’s now Friday a week later. Haven’t heard anything about someone coming to pick up item or refund. Meanwhile it’s just sitting in my living room in the way. So hopefully someone from Ashley sees this review and comes to pick up item or I’m just driving it to the store and dropping in showroom.”
