Customer Service Nightmare

“There is a bent arm on one of the recliners. It causes the recliner to snag and get stuck. I have talked to someone on the Ashley Chat, I called customer service, and talked to someone in escalations and I just keep getting the run around. I've sent pictures and done everything I was asked to do. It is extremely frustrating. I was so excited about this furniture and it has turned into a nightmare!”

Ashley Furniture is a terrible company

“There’s only a picture of 1 couch, I ordered (2), it never fails, Ashley always cancels promised deliveries. I will never buy from Ashley again, & I will keep posting negative customer service statements on social media.
Original delivery date was November 21st, now after multiple cancellations, new delivery date isn’t until December 11th.. I needed the furniture for holiday parties..
Customer service is terrible, too.”
