Nothing like the picture

“The couch I received is nothing like the picture as to color. On line it is tan. My sofa is almost white. I have called and gone back to the store only to be told it is the lighting. Full disclosure should be given. Very disappointed. In addition, there are areas of poor workmanship which need to be addressed. It also cracks (wood sound) when sitting down. I filed a complaint and was told they would be back to me within 72 hours. That has not happened. The pillows do not go with the couch and are enormous.”

“This sofa is beautiful. We like everything about it. This is a well crafted sofa, feels very sturdy and has a decent weight to it. The wide track arms add to the comfort. The color, the size, the thick cushions and the plush fabric! My only critique is that the manufacturer used 3 verticals panels of fabric across the back rather than one solid panel of fabric. Overall, it fits perfectly into our space. Very happy with our choice!”

“I like everything about my couches, but the texture. I wasn't expecting this texture, but it is too much of a hassle to return and I figure any potential stains will be hard to detect. That makes it all fine. I love the size, the sturdiness, the pillows.”

“The Parklynn couch, love seat, and chair are absolutely amazing pieces of furniture. We loved them in the store, the style, the durability, the materials, etc. And now that the set is in our living room, we couldn’t be more happy with our selection. If you want something firm yet comfy at the same time, something stately yet cozy, this is your set. The cocktail table and end tables are very nice, smooth, and offer just a touch of farmhouse design flare that makes the set and room feel great. Highly recommend this set!”

Boucle, not chenille

“I love the contemporary styling and the reversible, well stuffed, accent pillows the color is neutral and sitting in it to read or watch tv is comfortable. I was surprised by the fabric. I ordered sight unseen after deciding my first choice, Kimbridge sofa might be too small. I asked online sales if the fabric was chenille like the Kimbridge. They said it was very similar. Then it arrives and it’s clearly boucle, which is nubby, it does looked like good upholstery fabric and I’m sure it will hold up well. Just a surprise about the nubby feel. I haven’t sat in it with shorts on to see if that’s comfortable on bare skin yet. I’ll come back and edit after using for a bit. The size is great for the living room.”

Nice contemporary sofa for different sized people.

“I love the contemporary shape of this sofa and both my husband and I are sitting comfortably despite our different heights. That’s a plus. I like the color and seating depth. I use a back pillow, he doesn’t. I was surprised to hear, when I purchased sight unseen, that this is a chenille? It’s actually a Boucle I think. It has loops of varying lengths and a nubby surface texture. Chenille has a uniform cut surface. It is cooler than the fur like sectional i bought, though, so that’s good. All in all I’ve gotten used to having a different fabric than was explained to me and I think this fabric will hold up over time. All in all I’m satisfied with my purchase.”
