VERY comfy, great for stretching out for a nap or sitting and watching a movie. The upholstery is super easy to clean. We have pets, and it’s also easy to get their fur off with a ChomChom. I would definitely recommend this sofa.”

“If your looking to buy furniture and actually receive it in a timely manner then go shop elsewhere. If you like getting the run around month after month and are willing to deal with a company that does not have their s**t together as far as communions between the customer service center and the online dept than look no further. I purchased this set in November online. At the time of purchase it said expected delivery around December 23 which I thought was reasonable so I bought. On Dec. 28 I received the ottoman only via fed ex. I checked on the rest of the order and the date changed to end of February. I was frustrated but after seeing the ottoman we liked it and really wanted the rest of the set. Well….February then came and went and still no furniture. Then I got an email saying it was again delayed until March then in March I got another email saying delayed until May! 6 months after I placed the order. At this point I’m furious so I called to cancel the order. To my surprise they wouldn’t allow us to send back the ottoman which was still wrapped and tagged because we accepted the delivery so we would be stuck with it. THATS A BUNCH OF CRAP! I said it was dropped off on my doorstep by fedex….. I had no choice but to bring it inside. The customer service rep said he would try to see what’s going on with my order before I canceled. He said he didn’t see that it was delayed until may even though I saved the email from Ashley telling me so. He then said he could get me the rest of the set 3 weeks from the day I called so I waited and the furniture finally came…….. only took 5 months! Just beware, the dates they give you on an online order is a lie. They gave me an acceptable date to get me to order then kept delaying it. If they had been honest and upfront from the beginning then I would have planned differently at home to receive this ( like not giving away my old furniture so soon). Not cool. It is for this reason I will NEVER buy another thing from Ashley furniture. This was my first and last purchase. That being said, the furniture is beautiful, seems well built. We have a shedding dog ( he does not go on the furniture but his hair ends up on it) so this material allows an easy clean. They are not very comfortable though, stiff and bouncy so I feel like I’m going to be catapulted out of the chair sometimes. Hopefully as with most furniture it’ll get “ broken in” as we use it.”

We got it delivered to the front door and the delivery guys were wonderful... they called to ask where to put it when we didn't answer the door initially because we were out back, and they put it right exactly where we asked and were extremely friendly and professional. We got the sofa, loveseat and 2 ottomans. Our 75 lb AusssieDoodle LOVES the ottomans and thinks they're his new personal beds haha. It's adorable bc he's happy being up and close to us without taking over the whole couch or loveseat, and we still have room to stretch our legs out on the ottomans even with him on them. Ashley kept us updated with the delivery date which was accurate and I have to say that making a purchase this big online went off without a hitch...I was really nervous but it worked out perfectly. I really couldn't ask for a better experience, and I would recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone.”

“I purchased this sofa and matching recliner online, sight unseen of course, and have absolutely no regrets. The price was terrific and I love the grey color not only because it is currently so on trend but also because it will go with everything and I am so tired of the brown tones that seem to dominate furniture today. The color is lighter, but I had planned to cover the arms with a matching fabric to help with wear marks and body oil issues. I also have 2 dogs and a cat so a leather fabric would not have been a good choice for me. This sofa is one of the most comfortable I have ever had and the coil springs are such a bonus and one of the reasons for my purchase of this style. I have had the sofa for about 3 weeks now and it is one of my favorite places to sit. We had a large crowd over the holidays and everyone who sat on this sofa commented on the comfort and of course the style was also commented on. I like the fact that the back cushions are attached. My rec room sofa has loose back cushions and they seem to be all over the place, especially when our grandchildren are bouncing around. My furniture doesn't get hard use on a daily basis but I believe due to the construction of this sofa it could easily stand up to kids or a bit of heavier daily use. I also am very pleased with the length of the sofa. In my living room the sofa fits well and there is still room for a side table and some unused wall space. Very pleased with my purchase and I believe this sofa will serve my family for years to come. A great addition to my home.”

“The Olsberg sofa I bought online is great, really enjoying it. However, I bought a second sofa set at your Oxnard store for my front room. What a headache/disaster. The sales person said that the sofa would be delivered in about a month and the loveseat would arrive later because it’s on back order. Okay, I can live with that, but the paperwork indicates sofa to be delivered whereas the I will have to pick up the loveseat at their warehouse which is about 3 hours from here. I have no way of picking up the loveseat so I called their customer service and they gave me a case number and said within 7 business days I will get an email with the conclusion. 7 days and no email, so I called customer service and they said the case had been closed. She apologized and reopened the case with a 72 hour email notice. Okay, 72 hours has passed and no email. Buy a sofa from them at your own risk!”

“I received this sofa one day before Easter. It came with a very strong chemical smell. Assuming that would dissipate, I put it in my living room. Within days, my dog became gravely ill. I spent nearly two thousand dollars at an emergency vet hospital to keep my puppy alive. Turns out that faux leather furniture is made with several toxins that can make your pets extremely ill. I'm left wondering what it can do to humans???? Once we determined that it was the couch that made my puppy ill, I attempted to institute the return process. I've called customer care several times and although they assure me they are sending an email with which to expedite the return process, no email arrives. I'm honestly convinced they are slow-walking my complaint until the day arrives that they can tell me I'm outside the thirty day return process. Absolutely disgusted with this company, both for selling toxic furniture, and for not standing behind their own terms. Buyer beware! Ashley doesn't care about your problems even if it means their toxic products have made your beloved pets sick.”
