“I bought this couch online without even going to a store to test it out. The reviews were all good snd friends have recommended Ashley furniture over bob’s multiple times.
It was a big risk but I am so happy. The delivery guys went above and beyond to get the couch in by removing a door and they were swift and polite.
It’s comfortable and looks beautiful! Very pleased with my purchase”

Torn Sofa and Bad Customer Service

“I purchased my sofas on the 31th of March, put in a claim on the 2nd of April, I have no response on my replacement. My husband picked on the distribution warehouse so I can have my sofas asap and when he arrived home, the sofa was all torn. I have the sofa outside of my house waiting still to be picked up and get it replaced. It is ridiculous this situation because I call them and the only response is that I have to keep on waiting. There was no inspection done on their behalf, so we as customers can be assured that we are getting good quality.”

“Do not purchase, I called customer service they send a replacement for the wrinkles in the back but didn’t see anything wrong with the over lapping stitched material and the armrest sticking out no evening out the correct way.
I purchased this online and they said I can’t get a replacement this has been a horrible experience with this company I would not buy from them again.
I purchased a bedroom set online as well the same time I got the sofa it came damaged paint was faded and the parts was not aligned correctly I couldn’t not assemble and they couldn’t help with this ether I ended up purchasing another bed.
Do not purchase from Ashley they have a no return or refund policy I was not aware of and now I am stuck with two items that I am not happy with.”
