“Purchased a year ago. The cushions DO NOT stay in place. I had to use double sided tape to stop them from moving. the chaise slides around everywhere and the stitching is already coming apart (which is not covered by the 5 year warrantee)”

“I like the sofa, but also ordered a matching ottoman that got canceled after waiting days for its delivery. Totally sucked. You guys did nearly the exact thing with the sofa. I took off on the Nov 12th, only to not receive it or a call or anything. After calling and finally getting through your sucky automated system, I finally had a chance to speak with someone and I finally received it on the 18th.”
