Beautiful Ottoman with Cheap Plastic Footings

“Very disappointed the footings for this and the matching couch are made of plastic. The website does not indicate this, so I was unaware until it arrived. I’m glad Ashley has been able to accept my return and even pay for return fees. I feel like putting plastic footings (the support system) on a nice couch is a very cheap move, and customers will most likely find the couch does not have as long a lifetime as if they had chosen wood footings which is what I would expect on a nicer piece such as this.
We all know the economy is rough, but its disappointing to see a reliable company cut corners and not define it on the website. If you make quality furniture, you should keep it quality and not cut corners, or at very least make it clear so customers can make an educated decision before purchasing.”

Perfect fit color matches beautifully. Ottoman is about an inch higher than sofa, but that’s ok with me. Ottoman is getting a lot of use and will even out (🙂)
For customers this is out the ottoman for the sofa I have , but the line and color ( coconut) are the same. The ottoman that goes with my sofa was sold out. I toke a chance & love the look together.
I would recommend this item.”

“I am thrilled from the start of walking in the front door of Ashley's Furniture! We were immediately greeted. After explaining to the salesperson what I was looking for he showed me what was available like I wanted. I chose the Genoa collection and cannot be happier. This ottoman is so nice, I use it with a chair. The ottoman does not slip and slide around but is easy to move when I need to. The entire set that I bought if great! I bought 2 chairs, ottoman and sofa. Looks great in my living room.”

“It's just not worth the price. It's more vinyl than leather, hollow inside which means its not very heavy, and thus, the plastic legs (ya'll couldn't at least do wood legs?) slide like crazy across my floors.”
