“I bought thos chair online so I can't really complain. After having this chair a week or so I have found that when you lean up to the front such as to pick something up the chair comes off the floor. Relaxing in the chair and trying to turn over is a process and again the chair comes off the floor. I have a feeling the chair is not safe and therefore I rarely sit in it because I am scared it is gonna tip me out of it or turn over with me in it. I do not really like the chair and would send it back if I could.”

“I was looking for a particular recliner and came across this one. I decided to sit in it until a salesperson came along. It had no price tag so I thought it was a floor model ready to be discarded. I couldn't get up. It was the most comfortable recliner I have ever owned over the years. It was like sitting in a cloud. What really impressed me was that my legs had full support. I am 6 feet tall and the recline length is 72 inches. It was an awesome buy! Plus it was on sale! It is a Warrior for a Warrior (ex military).”

“I have been enjoying this chair for a little over two weeks now, and I do mean enjoying it! It's very comfortable for hours of reading, it rocks when not reclined, it reclines to a good napping position, and the fabric cleans up easily. The color is a good neutral that will fit with many accent colors. It does rock just a bit when reclined which gives a tipping sensation - especially when my fat kitty decides to jump up on the foot rest area - which is the only reason I don't give it 5 stars. Overall, I am very happy with my Warrior Fortress!”

“Bought this chair in November. Six days later it broke. It would no longer recline. Die to the recent holiday I had to wait two months to get a brand new chair. That chair then also broke two weeks later doe the exact reason. It would no longer recline. The return process is a nightmare. Avoid at all costs”
