Cheaply made, no concern for customer satisfaction

“Footrest will not stay closed was repaired (three trips by servicemen and weeks of waiting) and is broken again. Only this time I have to pay for the labor to repair it. Color is coming off headrest and arms. This was a six hundred dollar chair that has been worthless as I have to slam it shut multiple times to be able to get out of it. Ashley has no intention of making it right unless I dish out more money for it to be repaired. The foam inside of seat is is bulging out because fabric is not holding up.”
