Very disappointed! Poor quality!!

“Poorly made. Unevenly filled back cushions. Looks awful - like a sofa from Big Lots. Have it covered because it is so low quality. Seat cushions are hard as a rock, unlike the one in the store that we sat on that was very comfortable. So sorry that we ordered this. There were no reviews available so we should of be wary of purchasing this sofa!!”

Tears insanely easily

“Wanted to love this sectional but after having it 7 days, we already have 3 tears in the fabric, 2 on seat back cushions and 1 on the chaise. So disappointed. Trying to get help with the protection plan claim but can’t believe I spent $1k and have immediate issues.”
