Bad Chair with multiple issues

“I purchased this chair in March, 2024. I had an issue with the reclining mechanism also. Service can out and replaced the entire bottom of the chair. In November, 2024 the back ripped at the seam. Again service came weeks later and repaired it. I had a huge box sitting in my living room with the parts to repair it. both times. Again, the back of the chair has ripped in the same place. I went to the store and no help, called service and since it's been over a year (16 months) I will have to pay to get it repaired. Which would be around $350. Neither the store nor service agent were willing to offer me anything other than a repair out of warranty for this lemon of a chair that I paid over $400 for 16 months ago.”
