TERRIBLE HOLE RIDDEN COUCH DELIVERED - ASHLEY REFUSED TO REPLACE

“Ashley Furniture sent me a 4 piece couch. 3 of the pieces had giant holes in the fabric upon unboxing. We immediately reached out to customer support asking for them to replace the damaged product they sent us, and instead of replacing it, they sent us a package with "fabric repair" pieces as though delivering an undamaged couch was not their obligation!
Would absolutely give a 0 star review if I could. DO NOT PURCHASE if you expect the product to be delivered damage free.”
