Terrible Material that Unravels

“This is a comfortable chair however the fabric is awful. It started unraveling almost immediately. I was bounced back-and-forth between the manufacturer warranty people and the extended warranty we purchased. Finally, I was able to file a claim and then it took over four months to receive new fabric. They sent a repair man who spent several hours taking the chair apart and sewing new arms on, but he told me that the fabric was terrible and cheap and it would do it again. Sure enough one month later it is falling apart again. I called and the best they could offer me was to come and do the exact same repair or give me a 30% refund to keep as is. I eventually took the 30% because I am not going to waste my time staying home all day waiting on a repair man for this to happen again. Extremely disappointed Ashley‘s service and quality.”

“The chair was a bit stiff when we first got it but it is better now. It sits higher than the previous recliner we had from Ashley. It reclines quietly and smoothly and supports the head and back. The fabric is in the grey tones.”

Doesn't Last Long

“Comfy while it holds together. We have owned this recliner for 5 years and regret it. I have had to sew the foot rest 2 times because the seams ripped in 2 separate places.. The reclining mechanism is now shot. The guy from Ashley Madison came to fix it a month after we bought it. It's now so bent out of shape That i can't repair it. Had to do it 3 times before.”
