“I saw this sofa in the store, and had to have it. It will be here by the end of next week. It is a beautiful sofa, firm, but comfortable. I got the love seat as well. I’ve attached a photo so that you can get close to the actual color in representation.”

“We went into a store in Greensboro, NC and chose the sofa and dining room set. When we discussed delivery the only options they offered was the $250.00 white glove service. We asked to talk with a manager and he would not budge on this delivery price they added on without asking additional services. He never mentioned that there were other lower priced options for delivery. We walked out and came home and ordered the same furniture from Ashley online and the furniture cost less and we paid only $100.00 for delivery. The online experience was good. Ashley does a huge disservice to its store sales staff.”

“I can’t recommend this as I haven’t received it yet. I ordered it on August 20th and delivery has been pushed out multiple times. Now they are saying it is on back order until at least December 16th. I would cancel the order except they delivered my chair and ottoman in early October and it matches the couch. I’ve called their guest relations Guest Response Team - rude and did not care.”
