“It’s good for the price. It’s large, firm but cozy, and the color is pretty. The details are lacking, so you do get what you pay for. Things like seems that aren’t straight, or edges joined together that pucker a bit in various areas. I did find the pillows comically large, so I replaced those with smaller ones”

Sales rep great, phone customer service for warranty help is the worst

“Actually, the one star is not about the couch. I love the couch and now it’s $100 cheaper but that’s what happens. I’m more frustrated with trying to get somebody out here to do a technician check because the right side has many wrinkles in it and even after calling customer service they refused to send somebody out until I get the serial number from the bottom of the couch. I cannot lift up the couch. I was given the item number and another number from the sales rep, who by the way is wonderful. Call customer service back and that’s not good enough. Very frustrating and very disappointed in Ashley.”

“We love, love, love the new sofa and ottoman! It is perfect for where we placed it. However, our logistics experience with the Ashley delivery/distribution team in getting our furniture after the purchase was so horrible it was laughable. They pretty much did not do anything they said they would do about four or five times until I finally just went to your distribution warehouse and picked it up myself. Very, VERY frustrating!!! Our sales person did his best to try to help but he didn’t have any more luck than we did.”
