So disappointed

“We purchased two of these sofas for our living room. We had them for only 2 days when the cushions started to sink. I contacted the store and they ordered two new ones. They came and were good for about 3 months until the cushions sunk again. I think that if you had a room that you didn’t use all the time they would be fine. I am so disappointed.”

“Looks high end from the front and sides. The recline is super smooth & quick. The fabric and cushions are super comfy. The only drawback is the back Velcro panels over the reclining pieces don’t lay flat & leave an unsightly gap between them & the arms. But considering the price, it’s a good deal and I’m not upset.
The fabric cleans well with just a damp cloth.”

Lots of threads needing trimming

“I am enjoying my new couches, and love the neutral color that can have just about any color accent pillow added. The only problem is that little threads are constantly coming out where the cushions touch and I need to trim them off with scissors. So far nothing looks like it is unraveling, just constant threads from the fabric needing to be trimmed.”

“Was really excited about this couch at first, it was nice to have the recliner as someone with back pain. But it was not a good purchase at all. The frame is not aligned right so when we put one of the recliners down it gets stuck. Where the back meets the seat has no support and is constructed so poorly, so if you need a couch with support don't buy this one. Fabric also gets pulls extremely easily, so definitely don't buy if you have pets.”

“Couch is firm but comfortable when you get used to it. Looks nice and works well. Motor is very quiet. The arms are wide and comfortable but make it hard to reach the reclining button. Fabric does fray a bit. Not sure why yet we have only had it a couple of months. Be aware that it does weigh a ton! not easy to move at all.”

“I've had the couch and love seat for a few months now. Mechanicals work well and are quiet. Cushions are very firm to start, but are softening slightly now which is good. Height is good to help go from sit to stand. Fabric is light, I'd like it a bit darker, but accent pillows and throws help. The USB ports are great. Hard to use with a coffee table as recline position forces distance. The "buttons" for recline are really hard to find while seated--I may actually glue some beads on there! Overall good buy. These will last for a long time”

“Tried out this sofa in the store and thought it was comfortable and nice for the price. Got them set up at home and they are not the same. They feel cheap, wobbly, and the foot rests are already having trouble going down randomly. The seat cushions slope into the corners of the sofa and it makes them uncomfortable to sit on because they cause hip tilting. Lots of gapping between sides and seats. The fabric is soft and it looks nice in our living room. Disappointed that seating more than 2 people on the sofa is not easy or comfortable.”

“The couches are nice. The cushions are firm and the recline is nearly flat. However delivery was another issue. I paid for in room delivery of my choice. They charged me an extra $150 and I had to pay in cash because they said my couches wouldn’t fit through the door, even though they didn’t try. The took the backs of the couches and threw them on the ground causing snags.”
