“The sofa is beautiful. I love it except it came damage currently waiting on a technician which they won’t be able to fix at home. New item won’t be available until 8-10 weeks. Disappointment warehouse personnel did not notice this. Meanwhile payments will continue like is all good”

“Looks great, and is pretty comfortable. But, the arms could definitely use more padding. Same for the couch overall. Purchased a cheaper couch at Living Spaces a few years ago that was much better build quality. The back of this couch... wow, there is just fabric stretched over pieces of wood. Pretty sure it will be torn or ripped within a year or two. This set isn't expensive, but just seems really cheaply made and I won't be getting Ashley stuff again.”

Great sofa, cheap feet

“We love our new sofa. We bought the whole set! I docked a star because the feet are plastic which I think is cheap and cheap looking but the quality of the sofa is great. If the feet were real wood this would be a five star rating.”

“I regretfully should’ve bought two full size couches instead of having one be the love seat. The fabric is soft and very much like the ballinasloe if you are familiar with that sectional. Napping on this new couch is more comfortable. I will be ordering the ottoman. The leg is plastic like the other review says. Drilling the nails in was easy. I docked one star off because when the couch was delivered, I found a small tear on the bottom side thing black fabric that hides its bones. Luckily I had fabric glue. You get the pillows you see too.
Didn’t pay the extra fee for delivery set up. They delivered right into our living room, took pictures for confirmation and left. Overall happy with this purchase.”
