dishonest by sales person!

“I was lied to in the store! i asked if the pieces locked in together and the sales person told me yes! When it was delivered i told the delivery drivers that the pieces weren't locked in and were missing the components for them to do so.... They informed me that they do not lock together... now we are stuck with a $2000 couch that we are constantly having to readjust because the prices are always drifting apart! VERY VERY FRUSTRATED with the false information i was provided!”

“It's really soft and very comfortable. Be aware, the left-arm facing/right-arm is based on you standing up facing it, not sitting on it like when you're sitting in a car; there isn't anything on their website noting this.”
