“I ordered couple a days ago on Ashley furniture online and supposed to be delivered next friday, then received email to be moved next month. Now i saw an email that my request to cancel my order was approve which i didn't do. What's going on Ashley? why not say it's out of stock.”

“We wanted to love this sofa. It looked great and is comfortable. The “performance” fabric is piling terribly in 2 months with very light use. The salesman told us this was their “high end” furniture. What a shame.”

Pills Badly

“We like the color, shape, and it’s comfy, however, it pills very bad. We’ve only had it for 4 months and only sit on it about 1-2 hours per day so unsure why it’s pilling so badly, especially for the “durability” of the fabric. Can’t use any type of vacuum, lint roller, or any other type of dust/hair picker upper as it contributes to the excessive pilling. Really disappointed with this “durable” fabric we paid extra for.”
