“Bought two of the Tildan sofa. Super comfortable. I was concerned about the color and material since I have a pet. No issues the fabric has a deep beige color blended with the lighter color. I was also concerned about pulls but with this thick fabric that will not be a problem. I highly recommend this product. Order fast since it is a new item and popular.”

“First, this is a large set so make sure you’ve got the space for it. If so, you’re in for a treat! Its beautiful design compliments any decor. It’s comfortable, with deep seating and sits high enough that us older folks can easily get up and down. This set looks like it’s cost a lot more than it does. I got an extra ottoman to use as a coffee table in front of the couch. I put a tray and some coasters on it and everyone loves that they can put their feet up even if they’re not in the comfy chair. Ottomans for everyone! Highly recommend!”

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

“I recently bought a sofa from Ashley Furniture, and on the same day of pickup, I opened a case for a return because the sofa does not fit in my apartment — it won’t go through the staircase or the elevator. It’s still brand new, unopened, with the plastic and packaging intact.
However, Ashley’s customer service has been absolutely unhelpful. They keep sending me away, refuse to respond properly, and won’t even discuss a return or reselection option. No one warned me beforehand that they do not accept returns at all, even for brand new items that can’t be delivered or used.
Now I’m stuck with a sofa I can’t even bring inside my home, paying over a thousand dollars for something sitting in storage. This is completely unreasonable and incredibly frustrating.
I expected a reputable company like Ashley to care about customer satisfaction, but this has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with furniture shopping.”

“The couch has nice firm, full cushions. It is well made and the fabric feels like nice quality. However the pillows that come with the couch are little large for the size of the couch. We will use our own smaller pillows instead of the ones provided.”
