Bad Customer Service, delivered faulty product. No repair for 8 months now. Negative Rating

“Don't buy from Ashley. They delivered a faulty reclining sofa chair to us in June 2024. It is now 8 months, no repair done yet. They have no customer service on phone. only emails they say. I purchased more than $10,000 of products with them and they are very bad store with no customer service. Stay away from them. They will not answer phone calls, lies and now store in Beavercreek won't respond to my phone calls or voice messages. Stay away from Ashley furniture”
