Mechanical problem and terrible customer support

“Beautiful furniture but had a mechanical problem with the reclining part of one seat the same night. We called the following day with very little luck. Called again the next day and they started the paperwork and said you will get an email within 72 hours. We have not ever received an email and have called a few times only want to return it completely.
Customer service is terrible!! We received it on June 17th.
The leg rest gets stuck coming down then either jumps in place or we have to nudge it. The installers saw a problem but let it go!!!
