Poor customer service for a poorly built chair
⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ☆ ☆ (3/5)
“This recliner is super comfortable, but it broke after having it only a few weeks. The wooden framing in the back section of the chair broke, and upon inspection, we found it was not put together well. The nails holding the wooden frame together were barely nailed through the connecting wood pieces to the point that they had bored through the edges of the wood causing the failure. I called Ashley about it because I had bought a warranty, but they kept jerking me around about coming out to fix it and said my warranty didn't cover it. After fighting with them for two weeks and seeing my $700 chair laying in two pieces on my floor for the same amount of time, my husband finally fixed it himself. It recently broke again for the same reasons, but in a different place in the frame. I think Ashley furniture products are made poorly, and they don't stand by their warranties that you pay extra for on top of already inflated prices. I'll never buy anything from them again.”

Not what I thought

“It’s a mostly comfortable couch but difficult to put the leg part of the recliner down. You really have to use a lot of force. The reclining only locks in the first position. When reclining all the way back, it doesn’t lock in place so if you move, all of a sudden you are leaned forward.
I also thought in the description it said looks and feels like leather. It doesn’t! And it catches every dog hair possible. I wouldn’t buy again.”
