“Like most customers who take the time to read these reviews, I searched through several websites and furniture stores, carefully reading reviews in order to make the best, informed decision. The sofa didn’t disappoint. The fabric is soft to the touch and color is a lovely creamy white/pale gray tone. As other reviews have mentioned, this isn’t a sofa you will sink into but one that provides firm support. I would give the sofa itself at least 4 stars for quality/affordability. However, the delivery was a horrible experience! Two men arrived and were soon bickering with each other until one of them actually left. I paid for “white glove” delivery to include unpacking and assembly. What could have easily been a 15 minute job took over an hour primarily due to the attitude and sluggishness of the worker, who consistently dropped drill bits and didn’t know how to operate a hand drill. The screws are attached only half way. As they carried the sofa in, they weren’t watching where they were going and knocked a chrome waste can across the room, leaving several dents and scratches on the lid. This residence is a new build with new flooring, painted walls, etc. fortunately, no damage was done to the property. The men reeked of cigarette smoke so that I had to open doors and windows to air the space out. Additionally, I work from home as a health care provider. Because of the time it took for this delivery to be completed, I had to cancel an appointment resulting in a loss of income for me. I have made these complaints to Ashley customer service via verbal and text communication, resulting only in too much time and effort to receive no results. I was promised call backs that never happened and was assured that a refund for the delivery would be credited to my account within 24 - 48 hours. Needless to say, that has never happened either. Promises made with no follow through or integrity.”

“Very happy with this sofa. Looks great and is very comfy. The delivery crew was terrible but that's not Ashley's fault. Make sure the center support leg is attached and adjusted to touch the floor so center does not sag.”

“The couch itself is nice but could be more comfortable. Good value for price. Nice color and material and looks nice. Assembly was pretty simple.
The delivery service however was outstanding. They keep you informed almost to the minute. You get a 4 hour window but morning of delivery it gets more precise. Really incredible.
Overall pretty happy.”

“This sofa is perfect for a smaller condo. It was easy to assemble. Just attach the legs. Its not a big comfy sink in sofa. I've never stretched out on it. Its more of a small space sofa. But its comfortable and beautiful. The fabric is soft and cozy. Love the style and the cream color. All cushions are removable. Its truly a lovely sofa and perfect for me!”
