“We wanted to like this chair. The coloring is definitely different than what we saw in the showroom. Odd, but okay. But then when you pay for home delivery and install-I expect them to actually do it! Not have my husband go behind and fix every single thing they did. We sent in pics of our issues, stating, ‘my husband spent the last 90 minutes using his own screws and fixing this. We need the delivery fee refunded.’ And they refused. Just offered to send new screws…. So that we could strip our new night furniture a 3rd time after their guys didn’t do their job. I’m now no longer purchasing with Ashley, and had intentions of buying a new couch with them.”
