“If I can give Zero stars, I would. I don’t k ow whether this sofa would have been comfortable because I never received my order. They charged my credit card and didn’t deliver it and 1 month later and 10 phone calls later, I still don’t know where my sofa is or if I’ll ever get them. This is my first time ordering from Ashkey and I’m not coming back. Save yourself the headache and time and order somewhere else”

Telora is she that girl? I’d say she’s great.

“The telora sofa is a nice entry level faux leather couch. It’s firm and comfortable and affordable. The color is spot on in the pictures and I love it. The only gripe I have is that the fit and finish could be better. And instructions could be better too either way the couch is solid and a nice 8/10. I also believe that the cushions should have been designed to be able to evenly wear them too since the back side is just black material. Not faux leather.”

“I love this sofa. I ordered it for a guest room and is great for even an extra spot for someone to sleep. It’s firm, but comfortable which I think is perfect for like a secondary sitting room. My main living room has a sectional that’s really deep and soft and that’s still the primary sofa. I also love the fabric!”

“Love the clean mid-century look and the microfiber material really does look like leather, and kind of feels like suede. Unfortunately there is a terrible creak/thump when moving around on the sofa, somewhere in the frame, upholstered over so it's impossible to tell what it is. And the back cushions get misshapen from every day, normal sitting. They end up sagging on the top, bulging out at the bottom, and kind of curling forward. The fix would be easy if you could turn them around and wear them in the opposite way, but nope, instead of making the cushions reversible they saved a few bucks and there is a panel of black fabric on half the cushion on the reverse side. Really frustrating, it could have been a 4 star purchase but having to beat the large cushions back into shape every other day, with no option for reversing them, really makes me regret buying this model. I guess $500-600 doesn't get you much these days.”

“They sent me a used sofa (no warranty tag, no packaging cover inside the box, the legs and other parts were scattered in the box) along with a new love seat (which had all the parts properly). I called the support line and they were useless. The used sofa has a wrong size middle support leg that does not touch the floor, making it useless. I have called story several times now, and they promised that someone will contact me regarding why they sold me a used sofa as new. They also said they were mailing me the replacement part via FedEx. The first time, I received a spare cushion cover instead of a leg. I called them again, and again received a vision cover instead of the middle leg. Till date, no one (not even the so called manager on the phone) has addressed the issue that they sold me a used sofa for the price of a new sofa.”

Promising Product, Let Down by Faulty Parts and Service

“2 stars because the sofa itself is cute! Unfortunately, the entire thing collapsed after just one day of use. I later discovered that two of the legs were faulty, and the delivery drivers had stuffed the leg holes with plastic to make it seem secure. I’m disappointed that this wasn’t disclosed—I would’ve preferred the option to return it upfront.
Instead, I’m now stuck with a broken couch, in the middle of filing a claim, and unsure if it’s even fixable. I’m hoping for a resolution, but the process has been stressful and time-consuming. Order with caution, and hope everything arrives in proper working condition.”
