“Ordered this product from the online store, horrendous customer service and delivery process. Order was scheduled to be delivered in two weeks. After two weeks I don't receive any updates. Upon calling calling customer service , I am told that I will receive the product in 1 to 2 weeks. I let that slide, wait for another week. Upon contacting customer service again and explaining the situation the representative is blaze about the whole thing and says that there is no definitive date and my sofa may arrive in 1 to 2 weeks. This is absolutely ridiculous! I will never recommend this store to anyone. They sure can take the order in a jiffy but to fulfill it I have to wait a lifetime. Here is the icing on the cake, tired of the whole charade upon asking the representative to cancel my order, I am told that cancellation is going to take 72 hours. This is a joke! Its like they are living in 1992 and have no consideration fr their customers.”
