“Very nice looking and the customer service is very good. My only concern is how to clean the fabric. I did some research and the tag on the furniture says "S" meaning use a solvent cleaner, not water base cleaner. I already have some smudging from dirty feet on the white ottoman. The solvent cleaning products and methods I have researched have not been positive. Some leave a residue behind, some have a strong chemical odor, some are not effective in cleaning. I would have preferred to use soap and water. I really hope I can find a solution on how to clean this furniture. Ultimately that will determine whether or not I would recommend this furniture. For now I am being cautiously optimistic.”

It does seem pretty comfortable and well made. Only time will tell how it holds up. Yes, I would recommend it.”

“Purchased color ice. Didn't think we would like the pillows but they tie in nicely. Only owned it for 4 days but no red flags have popped up. Seems durable and the 2 kids love it. It's not too big and not too small. Just a comfortable and moderately sized set with thick cushions and pillows that haven't been sinking or anything. I'm happy and confident in the purchase thus far and have no regrets.”

“The sofa is attractive. I love the color and it is very comfortable. HOWEVER, the cushions cannot be flipped up or down. The cushions are finished on the top side, but the bottom has a silky covering half way across. If I had known this prior to purchase, I probably would have selected another sofa. I am a cushion flipper/rotator. It extends the life of a couch. I can rotate the cushions, but they cannot be flipped. As a seamstress, I look at this and wonder why they couldn't have gone the extra 2-3 yards of fabric to make this happen. With all this in mind, I'm still presently happy with the sofa but I am so relieved that I bought the warranty. Not being able to flip cushions (in my opinion), decreases the life of the seating cushions. For the price, I'd recommend. For the function of the cushions, I would not. If you're more of a disposable personality, the sofa is great. If you're expecting years of use, maybe not.”

“We found the Cashton sofa after searching the internet for one that appealed to us visually, and that was within our budget. We visited the Cary, NC store to check it out and purchased the entire set (sofa, chair, and ottoman). The sales rep, Mayra, was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The entire process, from order to delivery, was perfect. This sofa (and chair), however, has one glaring shortcoming keeping it from a 5-star rating: the seat cushions ARE NOT reversible! While this is likely a cost-saving measure, it's also quite stupid. We would have happily paid a bit more for a sofa and chair with reversible cushions that would extend their usable life! Other than that, we are very pleased with our purchase.”

The foam cushions are low quality and have zero support. They have already started to show they do not have bounce back. It is clear they will not maintain their shape/form over the long term.”
