Buy the Sofa! But not from Ashley

“Sofa and Loveseat are good. Delivery was a nightmare with 8 weeks of pushouts including 1 within 24 hours of expected delivery when I had already taken the day. Calling customer service was no help as they cannot track or discount delayed items and suggested I call back after delivery. Won't come again”

“I purchased my sofa on January 10th. Delivery was delayed by one week, delivered February 1. Upon inspection, stuffing was coming out of one of the attached back cushions. Currently awaiting a fix or exchange. Someone is coming February 20 to make the decision. This has been very disappointing. The sofa bed is really quite nice otherwise.”

Beautiful Sleeper

“The sleeper is fantastic to say the least. It is easy to sit on and easy to sleep on. It is very comfortable for up to four people sitting and two or three to sleep on. It has been an amazing purchase for me an my little family. Thank you Ashley!”

“Facing the couch, the right back foot was not able to be placed correctly. The holes didn’t line up. The closest store was advised immediately and were supposed to send someone to try to fix it, but I haven’t heard from them. I will say that is the only thing wrong with it. The color is perfect and sitting is extremely comfortable.”
