“Love the Cashton collection. I previously purchased the sleeper sofa, so I got the chair to complete my living room. It’s firm yet comfortable. The color is true to the photos, the perfect shade of blue. It is a very large chair so you’ll want to measure where you want to place it before you order. Delivery was excellent and I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Love Ashley products!!”

“Absolutely awful – shop anywhere but here. I purchased a new sectional and chair from Ashley in Kenosha, Wisconsin in January. I paid an extra $90 (on top of delivery fee) for “set-up” which included unpackaging and attaching the feet on all the pieces. The “new” chair they delivered had stuffing coming out of it, a large white wire hanging visible on the bottom front of the chair, the underskirt is visible from any angle and is also ripped on the underside. I also noticed the feet are all in different spots. On one chaise, the feet are recessed by about an inch and on the other chaise the feet actually protrude (albeit slightly but enough to cut my foot a few days later) beyond the chaise itself. The misplacement of the feet is visible and obvious. I contacted Ashley within hours of the delivery and informed them of these issues. They asked for photos which I provided and was told they would get back to me. Three days later I followed up asking for status and was again told they would get back to me. A month later, and still no word from Ashley so I again contacted them. They have refused to exchange the defective chair for a new, undamaged one and instead said they would “repair” it. This is unacceptable - I purchased a brand-new piece of furniture, not a defective piece that has been repaired. I also asked for a refund of the $90 I paid for the “set up” fee, due to the issues with the feet, which was also refused. This was my fourth time purchasing thousands of dollars worth of furniture from Ashley and obviously my last. I now get the pleasure of spending time I don’t have dealing with this crap. Learn from my mistake - shop at Colders, Steinha8fels, Penny Mustard, La-Z-Boy - anywhere but Ashley.”

“I actually was goi g to get another chair from Ashley, but delivery was 5-6 weeks out. This was my second choice and $100 less than what it was selling for on Amazon. I got it in two weeks and it’s better looking than I had anticipated. Pretty material and extremely comfortable. I am very pleased with this purchase!”

“We found the Cashton chair after searching the internet for a sofa that appealed to us visually, and that was within our budget. We visited the Cary, NC store to check it out and purchased the entire set (sofa, chair, and ottoman). The sales rep, Mayra, was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The entire process, from order to delivery, was perfect. This sofa (and chair), however, has one glaring shortcoming keeping it from a 5-star rating: the seat cushions ARE NOT reversible! While this is likely a cost-saving measure, it's also quite stupid. We would have happily paid a bit more for a sofa and chair with reversible cushions that would extend their usable life! Other than that, we are very pleased with our purchase.”
