Extremely long wait, customer service not helpful

“Ordered couch online in August. Months of silence from Ashley. Finally called customer support, who said they created a case to determine the status of the order, then silence again. Contacted customer support again, case again created, and nothing. Contacted them again, eventually received a delivery date. About a week before the delivery date, Ashley called and moved the date out another eight days. Shortly before that date, delivery pushed out another day. By some miracle the couch finally made it to our home, only 144 days after we ordered it. The couch itself is fine. Customer service and promptness of delivery, not fine.”

“This is the most comfortable sofa ever, at least for me it is! I'm not very tall & this is the only sofa I could find that I didn't need 10 pillows behind my back for support. It is the perfect size for my room & it is lovely to look at. I'm very pleased with my purchase. The delivery people were very prompt, polite & helpful. Great overall purchase, no complaints!”

“The sofa is really pretty. It’s a full-size couch, but seems a little on the smaller side smaller side . The cushions are firm. I’m hoping they will soften up overtime. Overall a nice attractive sofa.”

“Color looks nice. I love the decorative pillows it comes with. Cushion on sofa is terrible. Very thin. When you sit down on it you can literally feel the wood in the front of the sofa. I wish it was more cushioned but I guess for a cheap sofa the price is what it is. First time sitting on it feels totally different then at the store on the displayed sofas. You can tell quality when you sit on it. Sadly to say this was not made of quality.”

Beyond appearance, the comfort and durability are important to me. So far, the napping comfort is exceptional. Make sure you measure your space. This set has 3" more depth than my previous combo, so that took a little getting used to. But now it feels like they are part of our family!”

Broken arm on brand new Cashton sleeper sofa, 2 weeks after delivery!

“This brand new sleeper sofa couch had an arm break just 2 weeks after it was delivered. Getting a response from the claims department has been challenging - they ask you to give them 48 business hours for a response? So now we have a broken and unusable couch while we wait for a response from Ashley. We have numerous Ashley pieces in our home and thought this was a good choice. But now we are wondering if we should buy from them again.”
