“Less than 2 weeks after delivery the back cushion felt as if there was no filling. Multiple calls to “customer service” resulted in a wonderful gentleman coming out to refluff the filling. Lasted 2 days. I guess that’s the trick…to continue to open up and refluff on a regular basis. It’s a shame because so far the couches we bought are still firm and comfortable. Would not recommend this chair at any price.”
