Inconsistent cushions

“Overall, the couch looks nice and is pretty comfortable for the price. However, from delivery we noticed inconsistency in the back cushions of the rest of the couch and the chaise. The chaise back cushion has way less structure and completely collapses when using. There’s a visible difference in cushions(photo is within first week of purchase with minimal use). Not sure if we just got a defective cushion or if there is a way to get a replacement cushion, but it doesn’t seem like it will hold up for long.”
