Inconsistent quality in cushions

“Overall couch looks great and is pretty comfortable for the price point with one issue. From the delivery date we noticed inconsistency in back cushions between rest of the couch and chaise— the chaise back cushion is quite a bit less sturdy/firm and feels like it won’t hold up as well as the rest of the couch. It almost completely collapses under you and is visibly less structured than the rest of the couch(picture is about a week out from delivery with minimal use). Not sure if we just received a bad cushion/if there is any way to replace— but I don’t see it lasting for long.”
