BEWARE!!! Don’t buy!

“The ABSOLUTE WORST customer service, within a year of owning this sectional the cushions on chaise and ottoman were sinking in, Ashley had 1 of their people come take photos and after many hours of contacting them being transferred non stop to only be told “sorry nothing we can do” when we purchased the sectional we were told it had a NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS within the first year warranty, it’s only my Husband and I in house so this is unacceptable for it to look like junk, we will NEVER spend another dime with Ashley Furniture EVER again, crappy workmanship, shady company and horrible customer service!!!!”

“Mt wife and i spent an entire day looking around for our perfect sofa. Out of 20 sofa we sat on this one was the most comfortable by far. It's very easy to watch in case you ever need to as all the parts have zipper. It's big, and unfortunately the sectional can't be purchased with an L shape.”

Comfortable but poor quality material

Great for comfort, but very low quality for the price

“We purchased this couch in December 2024 and we absolutely love how comfortable it is, and it’s easier to spot clean than I expected. Unfortunately less than 5 months later, I am very disappointed in the quality. The fabric started pilling after 1 month, despite regular maintenance and rotating/flipping cushions. The cushion for the chaise cannot be rotated and the cushion is so warped from regular use that it is not comfortable to sit on any more. Very disappointed in the quality after just 5 months.”

“So disappointing! The material on this product is awful and shows every spec of dirt you can imagine. I’m so upset bc I’ve only had this couch for a few months and it already looks so worn and tired. The cleaning package they offer (that’ we paid 500 for) is useless and already denied our claim to come have it cleaned. What ever is used to build the couch is already showing through the material with marks. I’ve tried calling customer service to get help with this product and all they have done is reject us. We have been pretty faithful to Ashley furniture for a long time but needless to say we will NEVER purchase anything from them again.”

Extremely Disappointed in Quality and Durability

“I have owned this sectional for approximately two years, and it has proven to be the lowest-quality furniture purchase I have ever made. This set was among the more expensive options I considered, which makes the outcome even more disappointing.
Despite being used minimally, the fabric has peeled extensively, the cushions have lost their original shape, and several seats have developed deep sags that make them uncomfortable to sit on. The overall appearance has deteriorated to the point that I feel embarrassed to have guests in my home.
For the price paid, I expected a level of quality and durability that would last far beyond two years. Unfortunately, this has not been the case. This experience has significantly diminished my confidence in purchasing any future products from Ashley Furniture.”

“This material pulls within months. We bought in 2024 and not even 5 months later most of the cushions pilled. Mind you, I allow no animals on my furniture, I keep it very clean etc. research the type of fabrics on furniture before buying! Ashely did honor my warranty and sent new cushions covers, but again, those pilled in a few months or so. Quality is no longer a standard.”
