“Wanted to wait awhile before I could give an honest review. Have read most bad reviews are due to soft cushions, or staining. The cushions are definitely stiff at first but eventually break in to soft. And I sat on every sectional in the showroom, and to me they all sat funny. Saw this one 2 hours away in another showroom so drove just to sit on it. And the second I did, I immediately ordered it. Have had it since last Dec so almost a year. At no point have I regretted my decision. But let’s be perfectly clear…..this is a lounging couch. Something everyone can kick back on an relax. If you’re wanting one of those stiff non comfortable “sitting” couches, this won’t be for you. If you’re looking for something you can kick back on and nap comfortably on, buy this one. Cushions are wide and fabric is study yet soft. And let’s be honest if you’re worried about staining, why would you buy a light colored couch?????? We’ve had a few spills…….but a damp rag with a little soap on it, has gotten every one clean.”

Beautiful sectional

“The couch has brighten up our space. It is affordable yet seems it will last a life time with good care. We did a lot of research on higher brands sectionals like lovesac and others. My honest review is that the comfortability is unmatched and the material is beautiful. The height of the couch is perfect, not too low and not too high. We love this particular style very much.”

Love this couch

“Love this couch and how cozy it makes my space feel. The couch arrived and was much more stiff than in store but is slowly breaking in. It sits comfortable for the family. The only thing is the material is little harder to get the pet hair off of but it can be done with a gentle touch and patience. If you are worried about the size I love it in my relatively small living room. Overall we are very happy with the purchase!”

Cushions too soft

“The couch looks good and I love the chaise; however, the other cushions are way too soft. It did not feel this way in the store. When sitting on the other sections you immediately sink in to the cushions. Not comfortable at all. Unfortunately, we are disappointed in this purchase.”

Terrible fabric pills and attracts dirt

“We have had this couch for 1.5 years. It is by far the worst fabric I've ever had on a couch. We even bought the fabric protection package and it is a scam. There are pilling balls all over the couch and it is a magnet for dirt. I have owned many couches in my 41 years. Do not buy this. Our couch looks 10 years old already. The people who came our to clean stains and the pulling did absolutely nothing. The man told me to buy something to shave the couch. It's a new couch I shouldn't have to shave my couch.”

“Beautiful couch… at first. But after only a month of use it started to pill and break down. I’ve had it for about 9 months and it looks to be 10 years old. Extremely disappointing considering the cost and it being a name brand product! The couch cushions are firm at first but they break down very fast too, leaving you with stretched out covers and dented cushions. It makes you sink into the couch leaving it hard to get back out. I have to constantly switch the cushion placements and flip them often. Cleaning the couch isn't hard, but very time consuming. The covers come off easily, but I often have to spot treat and soak them, and even then they sometimes come out streaky. The chaise cushion cover is extremely hard to get back on. It’s definitely a days worth of work. Some of the cushions already look “hairy” because the fabric is breaking down so much. I wish the sales associate would have geared me toward something more durable that would hold up better after telling him I had kids and dogs. The couch quality and cost do not match up. Very disappointing for an Ashley item.”

“Great couch for the first 6 months. The wood in the arm of the chaise broke within 6 months with normal usage, but thankfully the warranty covered it and it was replaced. The cushions sag and the frame as well. The cushions also started looking dingy after usage. We got it in October 2023 and are already looking for a new couch. We like that it is a modular so we were able to change around the sections.”

Horrible Fabric and Horrible Customer Service

“My couch is less than a year old and the upholstered fabric has deteriorated. After spending a significant amount of money on this and the warranty, I was told it was "wear and tear" when I reached out to customer service and there was nothing they could do. I am very disappointed and upset. I will never buy from Ashley again.”

“I'm extremely disappointed with the build quality of this piece. Within the first 3 weeks of owning this sectional, it experienced structural damage that was deemed beyond repair by an Ashley technician. When the technician was attempting to "repair", I noticed the cheap build quality of OSB and staples. This furniture looked like something someone could've put together with materials from Home Depot. I'm going to stay away from Ashley furniture if this is what can be expected.”

“Absolutely do not recommend. I currently having it warrantied but know it’s going to be the same in a few months. The fabric feels amazing at first but then turns into a sandpaper feel. I literally never write reviews but always read them. For over $4,000 I hope I save someone time and hassle. Both arms are separating from the couch, all the cushions are just flat now and the backs are caving in. We’ve had multiple high end brand couches and randomly decided to try one of Ashley’s higher end items. This was a huge disappointment. I hope to get a better remedy from Ashley other than replacing cushions.”

“We really love this sofa so far. It's been 3 months and it's super comfortable and has not lost its shape. No sagging or bagging out of the seat fabric. I absolutely hate bagging and loosening of the seat fabric on sofas! How sloppy. I did spray it with scotchgard immediately since it's so light colored and there have been a few oops here and there that have come right out but nothing major. Hope to never have any! It's the perfect firmness where it's comfy for laying down it also doesn't make guests sink in too far for just sitting. We got the 2 sofas and a wedge so ours is pretty large. We feel the chaise is just not really useful and prefer having a full seat with back than to lose that with a chaise. Overall very happy with this purchase!”
