“First off, I never write reviews. However, I bought this Power Reclining Sofa and Power Reclining Rocker/Recliner in 2/10/2020. The main reason that I bought this recliner is because I am not able to manually raise and lower a chair. I can tell you that I have literally slept in this chair after 2 surgeries. I live in this chair everyday. It’s so very comfortable. I’m able to get my legs in any position that I want. They never have to be completely stretched out in a prone position unless I want them to. The choices are limitless. Thank you Ashley!”

“So I texted this chair out in store and it was sooo comfortable. I sank into it and was on a cloud. Now that I received mine it’s pretty hard and not like the one In store. One of two things happened. Either the one in store is broken in from every one sitting in it or they over stuffed the chair. It’s still a nice chair. I didn’t like the color choices. I picked it for comfort I felt at the store. Wouldn’t buy again unless I get the floor model”

“It is so comfortable and the color and feel is perfect for me. It is larger than a traditional recliner with wide cushy arms which do make it more difficult to reach for things from the chair. It also does not allow you to have back upright with legs up all the way, so for activities that you may want that are difficult. I plan to adapt as it is very comfortable on my bad hip, back and neck.”

When she came back I asked if what I was sitting on had a matching recliner. It did! I didn't hesitate, I ordered it. This has been my best furniture purchase! After having my knee replaced and using this as my go to spot in the house, I was in love! I've taken many naps in this recliner, so have visiting guests. You will NOT regret getting this! It seems to repel animal hair, resist stains, and looks perfect after almost 2 years! Not a scuff or scratch or defect at all! “The chair itself is comfortable, however it arrived damaged and Ashley's customer service appears to be non-existent. I went to the store just to be redirected to their warranty company. Tried using their online claim tool. It was horrible. Used the text method to submit the claim. Later I get an email saying that the claim was missing the photos. I sent the photos again. They promised a 24h response. It's been 2 weeks...”
