“Not overly impressed with the sofa and theater seating. We should of looked underneath when buying. It's not made very well, no supporting frame work or solid wood. Both were bending flexing and twisting like crazy when they brought it through the doorway, i thought it was going to snap in half. Cushion stitching is off 2 inches from the other seat. It's stiff and not as comfortable as what we sat on in the store. Not what we saw, and thought to be purchasing.
As it sits in the room, it 'looks' nice.
Sad knowing its delicate and not a structuraly sound piece of furniture. Disappointed in this 3G purchase.”

“Our delivery was scheduled between 8am and 12 pm. At 6:15 am my phone range with an automated message that the sofa would be delivered in 45 minutes. This was fine, but a bit of a surprise. The delivery guys were great - very efficient and friendly. This sofa looks nice, but I am truly not sure how well it will wear. The recliners are very comfortable and do not extend back too far into the wall. The section in the middle is a bit of a “hump.”. The pieces do not fit together completely and you can see a gap in between the cushions. I recently visited another furniture store (Kane’s) and saw a similar looking sofa that was the same length but it had two side-by-side recliners. SO much more comfortable and I truly wish we would have seen it first. I would have bought it over this one! Only time will tell but I can’t give this 4 or 5 stars. Also, the price came down significantly after we bought it so now I have to go through the hassle of asking for the difference.”

“The couch is so very comfortable, soft, & roomy.
The only problem is after a couple of days, one of the recliners started to not come up all the way. I have an appointment for it to be repaired, but we are very happy! I would definitely recommend this couch & Ashley's to everyone.”

“I truly love my new power sofa and recliner. Of the last 4 sets I have purchased, this set is the best “filled” regarding the seats. I’ve always had a problem regarding the seat cushions, where some are not completely filled and it makes you feel like you’re sitting in a hole. These are firm and wonderful!”

“As you sit normally without the chairs reclined the top cushion pushes your head forward forcing you to look down. The width of the chairs are not very deep. Comfort level ? About as good as a waiting chair in the dentist office, just softer. AND READ THE RETURN POLICY BEFORE YOU BUY!!! Also note the price match. They don't match black Black Friday prices. I messed that up could of waited a couple days and got 15 percent off. But why would they tell you A big sale is coming in a couple days that would be kind. We like color.”
