“This chair is terribly uncomfortable. I bought it because of a knee injury that requires elevation. However—-I am unable to close the chair when I want to get out of it. It requires too much force. I have to climb out and then push it down with both hands, and use all of my weight to do it. And once the chair is in the closed position, it tilts forward so much, at such a wrong angle, that using it just as a rocking chair is impossible. I’ll slide out of it. In the reclining position, there’s no way to lock it in place. Too many design flaws to make this purchase worth it. I’m considering returning it.”

Thing not so great: foot rest difficult to close to locking and shoots up.
One thing I wish I had done before ordering is check the measurements, these are large which is a good thing for comfort but they did take over the Livingroom .
I would recommend them and purchase them again.”

“Three months after we bought them (2), the back felt as if it was not attached well enough. We called and someone came out and replaced the backs in both recliners. A month later, my husband sat in his and the back came loose again and they came out again. They replaced the back and it broke a third time. This time my husband had to repair it himself.”
