“We absolutely love our new sofas. We purchased 2 in the lighter brown color that truly look quite classy. Buyer beware, these sofas are quite heavy. It took 4 stromg men to inch them into into our home and into our living room. My best guess is 300 lbs per sofa so it might be wise to pay the extra set up fee.”

“Found what I was looking for at Ashley. Reclining sofa and loveseat. I have 3 dogs and needed furniture that was sturdy as well as comfortable. Looks great and dog hair resistant. I like to lay on the sofa to watch tv, usually it’s uncomfortable on a reclining sofa. This one has even seat cushions not “bucket” cushions and it’s great. Very happy with my purchase.”

“Unfortunately I cannot give this even 1 star but it makes you put in 1 to do the review. We bought this couch 3 years ago. We had to file several claims on the couch due to a mechanism that kept failing and having to be replaced. So with the protection plan that we purchased from Ashley we were able to get a replacement sofa. Unfortunately they changed the sofa and now we have a couch and loveseat that do not match. The new couch which is pictured is like a faux leather and very firm. Our old sofa was microfiber suede and very soft when you sit in it. And trying to get any of this resolved with Ashley has been a terrible experience with lots of emails and phone calls and no resolution. They don't even call you back or respond to emails with the information they requested from us. So I do not recommend this couch at all. They need to bring the original couch back as it was a much more comfortable sofa.”
