Sofa recliner defects!

“The sofa recliner is okay. Just okay, because our experience says there is a big possibility that the sections will become out of alignment. This makes the sofa look old and worn out within a years time. Unacceptable. The showroom model did show these signs. We will not choose this type again. It would have been nice if the salesperson would have disclosed the possibility of uneven parts.”

“We bought the complete power set (sofa, loveseat, and recliner) about a month ago and are blown away by the quality of the construction, the comfort, and reclining mechanism of each piece. The power reclining elements are so nice for resting your feet and the lumbar support is excellent! One of the members of our family has paralysis from the chest-down and often struggles to transfer to couches independently. These pieces are at a perfect height, depth, and firmness to allow her use them without needing a significant amount of assistance. Overall, these pieces are easy to use, very comfortable, and fit our family’s budget without sacrificing functionality. We completely love them!”
