Arrived stained! Horrible customer service

“Brand new couch. It arrived stained. Ashley scheduled a “technician” to come fix it the week it got here. They NEVER showed up. Not even an email to notify me that they can’t fix THEIR mistake. I’m beyond frustrated. I just paid THOUSANDS of dollars for a stained couch.”
