Beautiful on the outside only for me

“Purchased the loveseat/chaise online so I wasn’t able to sit on it or inspect it until it got into my home. First, it’s beautiful, the color is a light gray, huge pillows, the problem was 1) the arm rest are not padded, I could feel the construction of the materials just by placing my arm down on it. 2) The structure underneath to hold up the cushions is not firm at all, after sitting on it for less than 30 minutes it started to feel like it was sinking to one side and am not a heavy person. 3) although it seemed semi-firm to sit on, it was not comfortable after just the 30 minutes. On a good note, their customer service was amazing. They were all very professional and knowledgeable of their job and helped me resolve all the problems I encountered with this purchase. I give them 5 stars! I have outdoor Ashley furniture and absolutely love it, so this won’t discourage me from purchasing with them again, I’ll just need to go to the store to make my purchase next time.”

“The sectional is beautiful, I absolutely love it, however there where no leg holes for pegs, so I had to make some. The metal sharps was sticking out of the sofa side and I was cut while putting it together.”
